Learning entrepreneurship through workshops and events

Participation in children’s business fairs and other hands-on activities
Stage 2: Mentorpreneur
Senior and Youth Batapreneurs (ages 13-29)
Mentorship by industry partners
Batapreneurs will be paired up with mentors who have similar businesses
Mentors will provide guidance and a bird’s eye view of how the business operates
Mentorship of batapreneurs by high school and university students through partnership with a youth organization
Stage 3: Leadpreneur
Senior and Youth Batapreneurs (ages 13-29)
Leadership training for senior batapreneurs
Shadowing opportunities for younger batapreneurs
Mentorship provided by senior batapreneurs to the junior batapreneurs
Mentorship by high school and university students through partnership with a youth organization
Stage 4: Chiefpreneur
Youth Batapreneurs (ages 19-29)
Batapreneurs pursue their businesses and become independent business owners or productive members of a team with a business sense
